De Sky: Dortmund is considering loaning out to Duranville, but everything is still in the preliminary stages

Sky Sports Germany reported that Dortmund is considering renting out Duranville.

Bayern coach Kompany has previously praised Belgian teenager Duranville, comparing him to superstars such as Mbappe and Haaland, and determined that he has the potential to win the Ballon d'Or in the future.

But Duranville is still far away from such a height. He has been sidelined for a long time due to long-term shoulder injuries. Although he has now resumed training, it is difficult to get opportunities behind stars such as Brandt and Adeyemi. Currently, he can only get playing opportunities in the reserve team.

According to Sky Sports news, due to the lack of first-team playing time, both Dortmund and Duranville are considering leaving the team on loan in the winter. Dortmund still believe in the talent's potential in principle, but the youngster needs more game opportunities to take the next step in his career.

There has been no contact with potential loan clubs regarding a transfer to Tulaneville as everything is still in the preliminary stages. Werder Bremen expressed interest in the Belgian player last summer.

Duranville transferred to Dortmund from Anderlecht in the summer of 2023 for 8.5 million euros. So far, he has played 27 times for the first team, scoring 1 goal and completing 1 assist.
