Turkish media reported a few days ago that Messi may be loaned to Galatasaray. At the Bosporus University Sports Summit, Galatasaray president Ozbek responded to the rumors.
Ozbek said: "Galatasaray's financial situation allows us to make such a transaction. We have achieved greater success and do not want to destroy the club's financial balance. We have built a strong team and will do our best to achieve our European goals."
