To be honest, I haven't re-watched the replay of that conceding goal, but I feel that I could have done better in that defense. We were penetrated by the opponent too easily. I made the mistake of running forward when I should have been running backwards. It was a bit like the way we defend at the club but unfortunately it was a costly mistake and I should have done better.

Now I feel very disappointed and frustrated. I felt we performed better in the second half and created enough chances throughout the game to win. We had done the hard part, but at that point we got slack and distracted. As for the opponents' chances, they didn't have many chances. Their first goal was only a half-chance, and the second goal was due to our own mistakes.

Next, France will continue to compete to qualify for the World Cup.

This result is very regrettable, because we originally hoped to get 3 points and end this national team training with a victory. Anyway, Ukraine won this round, which means we have to wait until November to continue competing for World Cup qualification. We remain confident that we can achieve this goal in November.
