Last night, Arsenal officially announced Valencia's central defender Moskara to join the team. According to a previous report by the Daily Telegraph, Arsenal successfully bargained during negotiations with Valencia.
Valencia originally wanted to complete the transaction for 17 million pounds (about 20 million euros), but in the end, according to Romano, Arsenal only paid a fixed transfer fee of 15 million euros for Moscarat, plus additional terms, the total price will not exceed 20 million euros.
