"As" reported that Court No. 16 of the First Court of First Instance of Valencia has officially accepted Valencia's lawsuit against the streaming platform Netflix and the production company 'Conspiraçao Filmes'. At the heart of the lawsuit is the documentary "Dance, Vinicius" about Real Madrid player Vinicius.

According to reports, Valencia Club made two main requests in the lawsuit: The first is to seek compensation for the losses caused to the club by broadcasting the documentary. Secondly, there is a request to correct the subtitles of some scenes in the film. Valencia specifically pointed out that the documentary mistakenly labeled the "Fool, fool..." chanted by the Mestalla fans at the time as the racially charged "Monkey, monkey...".

"AS" previously reported that Valencia Club had issued an "immediate correction" request to the production company as early as May 19 this year, accusing the documentary content of being "inconsistent with the actual situation" and causing "injustice and false statements" to Valencia fans. As the producers failed to meet their demands, Valencia ultimately chose to pursue legal action.
