According to Clutch Points reporter Brett Siegel, if the Warriors do not raise their offer next week, Kumingga will be ready to end the negotiations to accept the qualification contract.
"League sources said there is no sign that the Warriors are considering changing the offer. Unless the Warriors make changes within next week, Kumingga is ready to end the negotiations and accept his qualified offer. Ultimately, Kumingga hopes to feel valued, and the Warriors don't give him enough reason to stay."
The current contract offer for Kumingga is still $45 million for two years and insists on adding the team options and giving up the trade veto. This offer was rejected by Kumingga. If a qualification offer of 7.9 million is accepted, Kumingga will become a full free agent after the end of the 25-26 season.
